The draw dates.
A rep has to verify your payment before you are in a draw. Pay by 9:00 PM the night before.
Two times matter. Pay by 9:00 PM the night before a draw. Our reps verify payments until 11:59 PM, and that verification is what puts you in. Verifying usually takes a few hours but can take up to 48, so buy a day or two early if you can. Anything verified after the cut-off joins the following draw automatically.
Verification pauses on draw day. From midnight until 5:00 PM on each draw date we stop verifying payments, so the ticket list cannot change while the draw is running. You can still buy during that time; those tickets join the next weekly draw. The full list of tickets in each draw is published before it runs.

The raffle is open to individuals over 21 years of age who buy a valid electronic ticket — batchmates, Batch '86, and friends and family alike. Your entry counts once you've registered, your payment has been verified, and your electronic ticket and raffle code have been issued.
There are 13 weekly draws, from September 4 to November 27, then the grand draw on December 5 at the homecoming. Every draw is electronic. All verified tickets received on or before that week's cut-off are in — miss a cut-off and your entry rolls into the next draw automatically. What's up for grabs each week is announced as the schedule is confirmed.
The BYD Sealion 6 and the luxury hotel and island stays are all drawn on December 5 at the homecoming. The stays are held for that night rather than given away weekly. Every ticket is automatically in the grand draw — including tickets that already won a weekly prize.
It arrives by email the moment a batchmate verifies your payment — one code per ticket. Buy five tickets and you get five codes, each one its own entry. Keep that email: your code is what you present to claim a prize.
Yes. Go to 01bigfight.com/raffle/pending, enter the email address you bought with, and we’ll send your codes again. Check your spam and promotions folders first — that’s usually where it is — and try searching your mail for accounts@01bigfight.com, which finds every ’01 Big Raffle email at once.
It means we couldn’t match the payment — usually a screenshot that’s cut off or missing the reference number. The email says exactly what was wrong. Upload a clearer receipt and your entry carries on from there: nothing is lost, and you don’t pay again.
Each code can win one weekly prize. After that it no longer joins the weekly draws, but it still joins the grand prize draw on December 5.
Winners are notified through their registered email and mobile number. Weekly winners are also announced on the official '01 Big Fight social media pages. The grand prize winner is announced live at the homecoming.
Present your winning electronic raffle ticket or code within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited. If the grand prize winner doesn't complete the claiming requirements, a redraw is conducted per the approved mechanics.
No. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, and lost or damaged vouchers aren't replaced. For the grand prize, taxes, registration, insurance, LTO and transfer costs are borne by the winner unless otherwise announced.

A fundraising raffle activity of Ateneo High School Batch 2001 in partnership with College Batch 1986. Promo period: August 21 to December 5, 2026. Open to individuals over 21 years of age.

General
- The promotion shall run from 21 August 2026 to 05 December 2026.
- The promotion is open to all individuals over 21 years of age who purchase a valid electronic raffle ticket.
- Participants shall register through the official QR code, complete the required information, upload proof of payment, and receive an electronic raffle ticket with a unique raffle code upon payment verification.
- A raffle entry shall be considered valid only after registration has been completed, payment has been verified by the organizers, and an electronic raffle ticket containing a unique raffle code has been issued.
- Each raffle code represents one (1) official raffle entry.
Weekly prize
- Weekly electronic raffle draws shall be conducted during the promo period.
- All verified raffle tickets received on or before the applicable cut-off date shall be included in that week's draw.
- A raffle code may win only one (1) Weekly Prize and shall automatically be excluded from succeeding Weekly Prize draws.
- Weekly Prize winners shall remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
- Entries received after the applicable cut-off shall automatically qualify for the next draw.
- Entries submitted after 11:59 PM on 04 December 2026 shall no longer be accepted.
- Weekly winners shall be notified through their registered email address and mobile number and announced on the official social media platforms of '01 Big Fight.
- Weekly prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days from receipt of notification by presenting the winning electronic raffle ticket or raffle code. Unclaimed prizes, or prizes forfeited due to the winner's failure to comply with these mechanics, shall be re-raffled and awarded to a new winner through a redraw.
- Weekly prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. Lost or damaged vouchers shall not be replaced.
Grand prize
- Every raffle ticket automatically earns one (1) entry for the Grand Prize draw. The electronic draw shall be conducted on 05 December 2026 during the homecoming event. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) BYD Sealion 6, subject to the official dealer's specifications, availability, and release procedures.
- The Grand Prize winner shall be announced during the homecoming event and notified through the registered email address and mobile number.
- The Grand Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days from notification. Failure to claim the Grand Prize within the prescribed period, failure to comply with the claiming requirements, or otherwise be disqualified, a redraw shall be conducted.
- Any taxes, registration fees, insurance, LTO fees, transfer costs, and other expenses incidental to claiming or ownership of the prize shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
- The winners may authorize a representative to claim the prize on his/her behalf, provided that the representative presents the following:
- The original notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed by the winner
- The winner's original electronic raffle ticket or raffle code
- A copy of the winner's valid government-issued ID
- The authorized representative's original valid government-issued ID
- Any other documents that the organizers may reasonably require for verification
- The winner or the authorized representative shall notify the organizers in writing or by email at least three (3) business days prior to the intended date of claiming to facilitate verification and processing.
- The organizers reserve the right to suspend, postpone, or modify the raffle due to force majeure, government directives, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
- In case of disputes relating to eligibility, validation of entries, or interpretation of these mechanics, the decision of the organizers shall be final.
- Personal information collected shall be processed solely for purposes of administering the raffle in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Data Privacy Notice
The '01 Big Raffle Committee recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the personal data it collects, records, organizes, stores, updates, uses, consolidates, and disposes of in connection with the administration of the '01 Big Raffle.
Personal information collected from participants shall be accessed only by duly authorized members of the '01 Big Raffle Committee and shall be protected through appropriate organizational, technical, and physical security measures.
The personal data collected shall be used solely for the following purposes:
- Processing and validating raffle ticket purchases and entries
- Administering and conducting the raffle draw
- Verifying and notifying winners
- Awarding and releasing prizes; and
- Publishing or announcing the names of winners through the official communication channels of the '01 Big Raffle Committee, where applicable.
The Committee shall not use or disclose participants' personal information for purposes other than those stated above, except as may be required by law.
Consent to Process Personal Data
By purchasing a raffle ticket and submitting the required registration information, the participant voluntarily gives his or her consent to the '01 Big Raffle Committee to collect, record, organize, store, update, use, consolidate, and otherwise process his or her personal data for the purposes stated in these Mechanics and Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations.
